Terms & Conditions — 918kss

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between918kss (referred to herein as "918kss", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers upon, deposits funds into, or places any wager or bet on the 918kss platform accessible at 918kss.cam (referred to herein as "you", "the Player", or "the User").

By completing registration on the 918kss platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary documents referenced herein — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and all individual promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 918kss platform and may not register, deposit, or participate in any form of gaming or betting activity on this platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Registration and use of the 918kss platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 918kss enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gaming activities, consistent with international licensing standards applicable to platforms serving Malaysian players.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of any third party.
3. You have not previously been excluded from 918kss or any related platform, whether at your own request or as a result of an enforcement action by 918kss.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 918kss or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You are not acting in any professional gambling capacity that would constitute a commercial or systematic exploitation of 918kss's promotional structures.
6. You have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement in full, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

918kss reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to request additional verification documents from any Player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to maintain onlyone (1) active Account on the 918kss platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number as registered with your Malaysian banking or identification records. The provision of false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

KYC Verification Requirements: Before any withdrawal can be processed, 918kss requires the following documents to be submitted and approved:

• A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC / MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay registered account showing your name) where required;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months) where requested;
• Any additional documentation918kss may require for enhanced due diligence purposes.

KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business day following receipt of all required documents. 918kss reserves the right to extend this timeframe during peak periods or where additional verification steps are required.

918kss accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment instruments registered to another individual are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on the 918kss platform, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (instant credit, minimum RM10per transaction)
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (5–15 minutes processing, minimum RM30)
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (instant, minimum RM1), FPX — Financial Process Exchange (5–15 minutes, minimum RM1)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), BNB — minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at time of deposit confirmation

918kss does not impose additional transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of 918kss. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals from the 918kss platform are subject to the following conditions being met at the time the withdrawal request is submitted:

1. The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification;
2. The Player must have completed all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds in their Account;
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's withdrawable real-money balance;
4. The Player's Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or enforcement actions;
5. The withdrawal request must be for a minimum of RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 918kss payments team and typically settled within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes following approval
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 5–15 minutes following approval
• Direct bank wire: 15–60 minutes following approval; may take longer outside standard banking hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH/USDT/BNB): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times

918kss reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the Player's historic transaction patterns, or where KYC records require updating.

918kss offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, referal bonuses, VIP tier bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 918kss unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Account following the qualifying deposit and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation;
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms;
• Maximum cashout limits from bonus-derived winnings may apply as specified per promotion;
• 918kss reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to active participants;
• Players may only participate in one (1) welcome bonus offer. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

All casino games available on the 918kss platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated from professional licensed studios under controlled conditions with real dealers.

For sports betting markets, 918kss reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completing the minimum required playing time as specified in the applicable sport's rules;
• An obvious pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error") was present at the time the bet was accepted;
• The outcome is determined by factors outside the normal course of play, including but not limited to force majeure events.

Sports betting markets covered by 918kss include, but are not limited to: Liga Super Malaysia, Malaysia Cup, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, boxing, basketball (NBA), and tennis. Market availability is subject to change without notice.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet settlement, 918kss will endeavour to restore the correct position using available system logs. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 918kss platform. Engagement in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, sports betting syndicates, or any other game type;
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to make betting decisions or interact with the platform in place of genuine human participation;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Intentionally exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the platform for financial gain;
• Money laundering: Using the 918kss platform for any purpose related to the concealment of the origins of illegally obtained funds. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with our licensing obligations;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider on any deposit made to918kss without first raising the matter directly with our customer support team.

All content on the 918kss platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, game content, graphics, images, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of 918kss or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software;
• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content;
• Use the 918kss trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation from 918kss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 918kss, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling losses, which are an inherent and understood risk of participation in gambling activities;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Disruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or factors beyond 918kss's reasonable control;
• Loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether foreseeable or not.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit918kss's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

918kss is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible from the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set or reduce at any time with immediate effect;
• Session Time Reminders: Customisable alerts notifying you of the duration of your active gaming session;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account closure for a minimum period of six (6) months, during which 918kss will not market to you and will decline any reinstatement requests during the exclusion period.

918kss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withold or void any pending withdrawals, in the following circumstances:

• Where the Player is found to be under21 years of age at any time;
• Where the Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process;
• Where the Player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Where 918kss is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• Where 918kss has reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Where the Player has initiated a chargeback on deposit made to 918kss.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 918kss customer support. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and the Account balance has met all applicable wagering requirements, 918kss will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance within ten (10) business days.

918kss operates as an international online gaming platform under international licensing. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 918kss holds its gaming licence.

Players accessing918kss from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia does not provide a domestic licensing framework for international online gaming platforms. Malaysian players are individually responsible for satisfying themselves that their participation in online gambling complies with applicable local laws. 918kss does not provide legal advice and encourages Players to seek independent legal counsel where there is any uncertainty.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 918kss's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

918kss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — 918kss will provide reasonable prior notice via a platform notification and/or email to registered account holders.

Continued use of the918kss platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
